Hello to all my customers, thank you for following my doll outfits.
I have now started a Boys page under the 18″ Dolls heading. My boy doll is a Josh Designafriend and I do think he’s got a great face and hair-do for a chap. The blue striped sweatshirt he is modelling was made for an American Girl doll who was renovated into a boy doll, therefore the sleeves are a little short on my Josh. My clothes can be adapted to fit measurements supplied at time of ordering.
I have some lovely new summer dresses, some of which are still in stock, my favourite is the denim pinafore with lace blouse. The denim is a light blue (although a bit stronger in colour than the photos depict) and the red daisies and ric-rac are a fab contrast to the blue & white. The hem has a generous lace frill, made of a deep cotton lace I was given by an old lady friend. It does look rather vintage, yet new enough to adorn this lovey dress. (See the pics below.)
Here’s hoping you are all enjoying the summer, from Sal at SalStuff xx
Hi everyone…… It’s with great pride that I share with you my latest creation, which was requested by Abie Longstaff, author of The Fairytale Hairdresser series for 5-7 year olds. Abie’s new book is called The Fairytale Hairdresser and the Little Mermaid – Abie, we wish you great success with this new book, due to be released very soon. Thank you for letting me share this info with my customers.
Regards – from Sal at SalStuff Handmade Doll Clothes
Hello everyone, I thought you might like to take a peek at my Easter Page, which commemorates my having been an online seller of my doll clothes for a whole year. A huge thanks to all my lovely customers who have made Salstuff online possible, you know who you are – thank you so much, without you I couldn’t have done it. (Please note, I am moving house sometime soon, so some of my current orders are taking a little longer than normal….. please enquire regarding expected timescales.)
Hi Everyone, Salstuff is celebrating its first anniversary of my own original designs of dolls’ clothes being sold online and to commemorate has opened an Easter page, showing my work from last March. These were originally made for Tiny Tears Classic, but I soon saw Hannah Gotz online and fell in love with that cute face and elegant poise…. I was sold on her and my life has literally not been the same, since I received my first Gotz doll. The first thing I think of when I wake in the morning is which of the creations in my head will I be working on today….. in my head is a conveyor belt of ideas and designs – oh if only I could make them as quick as I think of them! If you see anything on the website page that you would like adapted for your 18″ doll, please let me know – I have just updated my stock of yellow fabrics & trims. I am also now launching my Easter Bonnet & Daffodil Chick Dress, which I have decided to list for bidding on Ebay later today. The straw hat is a one-off, as I don’t have any others. A huge thanks to all my lovely customers who have made Salstuff possible, you know who you are – thank you so much, without you I couldn’t have done it. Regards, from Sal xx
